Welcome to my profile! My name is Diana Jiorle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. You have taken a brave step in seeking support. Collaboratively, I believe we can help you gain clarity and confidence.

Counseling is not about waving a magic wand over our problems, despite wishing it could be that way sometimes! But life is a journey and counseling is a process, in which, through facing our challenges, we take back what control we have let them have over our lives and develop skills, resiliency, and the self-efficacy to move forward with greater peace and perspective.

Through counseling, we will take a look, face first, at your discouragements, belief systems, and fears. Sometimes this means reflecting on the past. We won’t stay there; however, it can be a helpful way to notice patterns of thinking and behaving that no longer serve you well.

Additionally, we will look into the future, considering your goals and developing a plan that feels achievable. We will spend the most time in the present. Even though the present is where we live, breathe, and move, it is easy to distract ourselves from being truly present and addressing what’s “really going on.”

I am also a Christian, and I offer faith-based counseling if you are interested and seeking clinical support for your concerns through a faith-based lens. If faith is not relevant to you, it will not be part of our conversation or treatment goals.

In working together, I hope to cultivate a safe place to acknowledge your present struggles, recognize your strengths, and grow toward your goals.
