"My ideal client is one who is seeking to improve the relationship they have with themselves as well as with the people they are surrounded by. Showing clients how to improve their relationship with themselves and watching that manifest in other areas of their life is always exciting and satisfying. I enjoy working with clients who are able to look inward to identify and recognize the active role they need to play in improving their own mental health. Utilizing strengths-based techniques and helping a client to identify short and long-term goals that will resonate with the client.
