Hi, I'm Diana. My work as a therapist is centered around the values of social justice, client self-determination, and collaboration. I work with adults who are unhappy with their day-to-day quality of life. They dread getting up in the morning, are avoiding activities, feel tired, or feel lonely. They want to figure out how to improve their mood, learn coping strategies, and make changes for the better. Feelings of anxiety and depression affect us all, but maybe for you these feelings are affecting your day-to-day life too much. I help people find energy, stop avoiding things, and improve their relationships.
