About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with three years of experience working as an outpatient clinician. I also hold a K-12 school counseling certification and have over 16 years experiences as a school counselor working with elementary and high school age children. As an outpatient clinician I have worked with individuals from school age to adults from various different backgrounds. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, school and career challenges, stress management and ADHD etc.

My therapy style is warm and interactive and I believe in treating clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be heard and their feelings validated. My therapy approaches vary depending on the client and presenting needs and concerns. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and solution focused approaches. I am also trained in trauma focused therapy and grief therapy. Our therapy sessions and treatment goals will be tailored to fit your needs.
