I am licensed in Virginia and highly trained as a trauma specialist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & bipolar disorder. I utilize an approach that blends evidence based clinical treatment models with holistic adjuncts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
