I am their support while giving them tools to manage when not in session. My journey to therapy I have always been a curious and inquisitive person. I remember wanting to be a therapist sitting in my psychology and sociology classes in high school, and from that moment I knew that I wanted to be a therapist. And I thrive from using my own experiences to help others in any way I can. Also, having support from my own therapist helps me as well. My goals for you Ask them about the goals they want to set.
