Making the decision to begin therapy takes courage, commitment, and the willingness to look at change.

The focus of our sessions will include how you function in your family, your work, and your life. It is my goal to provide a warm, caring, non-judgmental environment for you to find the right path as you travel through life.

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, meaning that I do my best to see the whole you, including everything and everyone who influences you each day.

Along with my teaching degree, I earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling/School Counseling from Mid-America Nazarene University, graduating in 2015. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor [LPC] and a Registered Play Therapist [RPT]. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and am a Nationally Certified Counselor.
