About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years experience and a Certified Life Coach. I have worked extensively with clients learning to cope with health problems including HIV/AIDS, kidney failure, dementia and age related disorders as well as many other life changing or debilitating situations. I have experience with families and individuals dealing with death and dying as well as working through the grief process. I also have experience working with clients who battle with anger management, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and other mental health conditions.

My work is based on you and your needs, rather than a textbook model. I believe it’s your journey, and we take it your way. We start where you are in the moment and develop a clear goal, set by you, and work at your pace to reach that goal.
