Hello, my name is Debbie Ray Weatherford. I have been a therapist for over 20 years specializing in adolescents, families, and addiction. I graduated from The University of Georgia in 1996 and then went to the State University of West Georgia for my master's in Community Counseling. I started my career working in a children’s psychiatric hospital treating adolescents with mental health and family issues. I stayed there for years after my internship due to the education, success stories, and enjoyment I felt reuniting children and their parents. I then went to work for Talbott Recovery Campus where I fell in love working with individuals suffering from the disease of addiction. I cannot imagine doing anything different with my life since I enjoy helping others with their journey of self-discovery and recovery. Looking forward to working with you soon!
