I enjoy walking beside people during their journey to wholeness and healing. I believe we can all benefit from therapy at some point in our lives and need an established support system. Therapy is a ministry of presence; our work is collaborative. I am ready to start whenever you are! I am a licensed professional counselor with 8 years of experience. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and customized to your needs. I utilize CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques. My experience includes working with children from age 5 through adults. My desire is to provide high-quality treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families in an effort to help them achieve success in all areas of their lives.
