I am a licensed psychotherapist serving adults and older teens in the Miami area (including Aventura, North Miami, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, and Surfside). I especially enjoy working with young professionals in their 20s and 30s to help them identify what isn’t working well in their lives, create solutions for those roadblocks, and discover new aspects of themselves that they can fall in love with. I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (MHC) and as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of Florida. I also hold the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential. I have earned advanced certification in traumatic stress from world-renowned experts at the Bessel Van Der Kolk Institute. My graduate degree is a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy.
