Welcome! I am excited that you have landed on my profile! My name is Elizabeth, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor. I offer top notch, progressive, non-traditional therapy sessions. My style is direct and authentic. I will always honor what YOU desire for yourself and your relationships in our work together. Of course like any therapist, I deal with clients' anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues and more- but- I believe that these uncomfortable symptoms almost always stem from our relationships. Think about it. We become anxious, depressed etc. because the relationships in our lives, including the one with ourselves, do not look or feel fulfilling. We then tend to become overwhelmed, disappointed and fearful of the direction in which we are heading in our lives. Our work together will be relaxed and non-judgmental, perhaps even fun! I will work hard to guide you from the grey doldrums of your current situation to the brightness of the life you desire. It is my wish that you come out of our first session with an abundance of hope, at the VERY least.
