I am a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Texas. I have worked with families and adults in multiple capacities extensively with a focus on family dynamics, parenting relationships, loss and grief and women's issues to name a few. I have a strong belief that we are in a constant state of change and adaptation in life and the secret is to realize and own our personal power that we each have within us. My goal in working with clients is to help empower them. I lean heavily on client centered, cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy approaches in looking at what has brought you to this place and how to reach where you want to go from here.
