Therapy is a process of self-discovery and self-acceptance while opening to new ways of being and of experiencing your world. I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space for you to explore what's not working in your life and to try out new strategies for how to respond. Through commitment, self-compassion, and supportive connection, we'll work together to create the life changes you are seeking.

I use strategies from body-mind psychotherapy, Gestalt, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing approaches to help adults of all ages with issues such as anxiety, relationships, communication, self-confidence, depression, transitions, and life satisfaction.
