I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCH), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have cherished serving in this position for over 17 years. I have embraced the honor of assisting my clients in reaching their personal best through genuine, client-centered therapy. I have experience in a variety of public, non-profit, and private clinical settings. I enjoy working with a wide range of life developmental stages from teens to adults.

My therapeutic orientation and focus utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, solution-focused dynamics, mindfulness skills, and clinical hypnotherapy. I am most passionate about assisting clients with relief of depressive and anxiety symptoms, healthier stress and anger management skills, developing a more well-balanced life, and helping clients thrive in military life transitions.

My mission as a therapist is to provide counseling through a nurturing and non-judgmental environment to empower individuals in achieving strength-oriented and intentionally healthy living. I feel the most beneficial part of the counseling relationship is the knowledge that you no longer have to travel the journey of healing alone!
