I am licensed in Georgia with 27 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My approach is eclectic, incorporating a variety of techniques to best meet the needs of each client. Therapy is a collaborative effort and I enjoy guiding clients to identify their own strengths and inner resources, enabling them to move in a new direction.
