I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with great compassion and empathy for individuals experiencing life issues, emotional and mental health disorders. My experience of 10 years spans from working with individuals with a multitude of behavioral, cognitive, emotional and mental issues. I'm also a certified life coach and master addiction counselor experienced in working with co-occurring disorders inclusive of substance use. As a mental health therapist , I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My goal is to show up for every session with empathy, and compassion for all. My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic , solution focused and strength-based therapy. Depending upon the individual needs of the client, treatment modalities are customized to address individual needs. My philosophy is that "all clients deserve to be happy, healed, and whole". All clients deserve to be teated with respect, appreciated and have the ability to walk in their truth". I believe in utilizing evidence -based approaches and resources as well as provide culturally appropriate services.
