I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, dually licensed in Georgia and North Carolina. I have 8 years experience working in Mental Health. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including, anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship issues, anger management, ADHD, PTSD, and phase of life changes/transition. I am also a certified Trauma-Focused Therapist (TF-CBT).

My counseling style is simple: I believe in meeting people where they are, and creating a dialog and treatment plan that meet your specific needs. My counseling approach includes cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused counseling.

It can be really scary to open up and share personal feelings/emotions, and experiences. I applaud your willingness to be open and take steps towards achieving that desired change.
