I have worked as a counselor for 23 years. I worked in Private Practice 15 years and see clients with a variety of mental health concerns. In addition, I have worked extensively with relationship issues such as marital discord and family of origin problems that contribute to relationship failure. I do not subscribe to one particular mode of therapy because I believe all people are individuals and have individual problem solving methods that work for them. My approach is working as a Team member to listen and offer possible solutions. I work with all adults 18 years and older and will include adult family members when necessary.
