I am a mental health therapist with 8 years experience in the field. I am currently licensed in the state of Ohio. I have experience working with a variety of populations in mental health and addiction. I am familiar helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorder, trauma and attachment issues. I believe the therapeutic relationship with my client is important to the healing process.

At this time I have mostly opening between the hours of 12-4. Evening appointments have filled up pretty fast. I am hoping to find some cleints that could schedule in those hours if possible.

I provide a supportive and accepting environment for clients to feel comfortable and safe working with me. Being non-judgmental and supportive are important to me in counseling with people. I believe in suiting my approach to the clients needs. I like to utilize several approaches to treatment including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused, parts work and interpersonal therapy to name a few. Working on increasing insight and coping skills are important factors in working with clients to help them understand themselves and achieve their therapeutic goals are approaches that I use with my clients.
