With over 30 years of experience working in the field, there is SO MUCH that I can offer YOU as I have seen, heard and experienced volumes in my lifetime. I have worked with clients in a wide range of settings and a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions of all types and ADHD. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuses.

My therapy style is warm, interactive, contemplative and humorous. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, dignity and compassion; I don't believe in labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and Gestalt therapies. I will tailor your treatment plan and our time together to meet your immediate needs AND your long-term dreams. We will create a safe environment for you to express yourself as you need and want to for your healing.
