I work with people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, anger management issues, caregiver stress and compassion fatigue, life transitions and aging issues.

I want to hear not only any current issues, but about your life in general. Often, we can solutions by looking at your life in whole. My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral approaches, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and person centered (Rogerian) techniques. I like to connect with people with empathy, compassion, and sometimes humor.
