I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified professional counselor supervisor (CPCS) presently residing in Georgia with over 25 years of experience working as a clinical therapist and executive leader in the behavioral health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: self-esteem issues, severe persistent mental illnesses, addiction and co-dependency challenges, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. Throughout my career I have helped thousands of individuals and families to overcome life challenges and gain a sense of purpose and empowerment in their lives.

My counseling style is engaging, genuine, warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, sensitivity, empathy and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels, as I firmly believe labels limit our human potential. My approach combines an eclectic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing counseling. I will tailor our discussions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific goals.
