Hello there! My name is Dan Porter. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota with over 20 years of experience working in the Mental Health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, ADHD, relationship issues and adoption. Primarily, I have been working with individuals and parents/couples and children of all ages including GLBTQ community.

I am a person centered therapist with a warm and compassionate style. I believe in treating others with respect and dignity no matter there background, condition, ethnic, cultural or religious beliefs. I will meet you where you are and move along at your pace. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels, and my approach is hands-on and interactive.
