You can get through this. I pride myself in being a safe nonjudgmental person that you can confide in so that together we can figure out how to get through whatever you are going through. I will help you clarify how you are feeling and then help you take steps toward feeling better. We will also look at the root cause of your problems so that you can take steps to alleviate the issue long term. I love being a therapist because I love to see people make positive changes in their lives. I live in sunny Northern California with my family and when I'm not working I love to spend time in the great outdoors.
