Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of Northern California. I began working in mental health in 2012 and have a deep passion for the work that I do. I graduated with my Master's in Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix in 2019 and have been practicing as a therapist ever since. My career began in community based mental health, where I passionately served impoverished families, those navigating addiction, and crisis management. I value taking time to build strong relationships with the clients I serve and moving towards therapy full time has allowed me the space to cultivate long lasting relationships with clients. I create a casual environment where we spend time really getting to know each other. I will share some brief information about myself and collaborate with you to create a goal plan for our time together. I allow clients to go as quickly or slowly as needed and I ask for consent along the way as we get to know each other. I often utilize a balance of authentic connection and laughter. I am known for my relatability, ability to connect easily, and being very transparent with my clients. I will genuinely sit with you in your pain and can equally laugh with you and celebrate your wins.
