Danah is a bilingual, in Arabic and English, licensed professional, with an international background, who has experience providing mental health counseling, clinical assessment, and therapeutic care to adolescents and adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns, such as anxiety, grief, trauma, personality disorders, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, life transitions, and substance use. Danah also has experience living abroad for over 6 years and grew up undergoing international schooling throughout. She was fortunate enough to be exposed to a rich multicultural environment from an early age, so she considers all aspects of a client's worldview when selecting a treatment approach.
