"Hello! I am Ed. Do you feel as if the way you feel at times is diminishing life's simple pleasures? Do you feel overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life? I work with individuals who might be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and substance abuse issues. I will strive to establish a strong working relationship to empower you to make lasting positive change. I provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment to help clients be as comfortable as possible in addressing their concerns. I base my approach in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing principles and Mindfulness meditation."
