I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in California with over 10 years of experience working as a Marriage and Family therapist and social worker. I have a Masters of Science in Psychology and a license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also earned my Masters in Education and the Pupil Personnel Services Credential. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, child abuse, domestic violence, adoption, Autism and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in having empathy and compassion for everyone I come into contact with. Being different is a beautiful thing and I embrace this. My approach combines client centered, trauma focused CBT and solution focused therapy. But I do believe that the modality works best when tailored to each client's specific needs. .
