Hi there, I'm Danielle! My name is Danielle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social passionate about helping others. I consider it an honor and privilege to support my clients through difficult times. My approach A combination of dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing tend to be my clinical approach. My focus I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life and experiencing challenges such was depression, anxiety, parental/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use and addiction. My communication style I have a gentle and supportive communication style. Others describe me as empathetic and understanding. My journey to therapy Growing up I was highly intuitive and had the desire to help others. My own experiences and those of my friends and family led me to want to enter a field where I could ease the suffering of others around me. My goals for you When setting goals in therapy I like to help my client's identify what they would like to get out of therapy. I believe it is important to visualize where you would like to be in the near and distance future. My first session with you In the first session, I will ask questions about what brought you into therapy so I can get to know you and begin to understand the challenges you are experiencing. I will then begin building a relationship with you so I can understand your needs.
