I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who views therapy as a partnership built upon mutual trust. I pride myself on creating a calm, safe, and non-judgmental environment to help clients feel at ease. My goal is to empower each individual towards change. I have experience working with clients of various ages and cultural backgrounds. I help those struggling with LGBTQ+ issues, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, men's issues, and more. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. In therapy, I use an array of tools to help guide client's to better mental health including active listening, genuineness, and empathy. Some treatment modalities include Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. In every case, I tailor my treatment style to meet your individual need.
