Taking the first step in caring for ourselves can sometimes be the most challenging. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in working with individuals looking to making changes in their lives through therapy. I have working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression and family conflict. I take a client focused, client centered, client driven approach. I use various talk therapy techniques in addition to mindfulness, grounding and relaxation techniques.
