About
"Hello. I'm Cynthia. It takes courage for you to admit you need help, it takes more courage to reach out for that help. I am so glad you did. Each day we are faced with choices, challenges, and stressors. Having a support person who provides a safe non-judgemental place for you can talk to, share life stressors with, and learn new coping skills is a great way to work through the issues that are unpleasantly affecting your current life. You have made a great choice by choosing to start working on achieving the life you want. You can have more peace, more energy, and more joy! I would love the opportunity to walk beside you while you are on this part of your life journey. I have experience assisting the clients I serve in facing and working through trauma, symptoms of anxiety and panic, symptoms of depression, work and career stressors, family issues, relational issues, issues with addictions, and symptoms of grief. I have assisted couples, individuals, and families in working through issues, increasing healthy communication, overcoming symptoms of addiction, and learning healthy coping skills to use in overcoming stressors and having more joy in their lives. We are one being with a mind, body, and spirit. When one part of us is experiencing unrest our whole being is off balance. I love incorporating meditation, nature, mindfulness, and laughter in the therapy process to assist the clients I serve in getting the most out of their experience. My belief is we are all here to help each other. To quote Luciano De Crescenzo, ""We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another.""
