I am a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor with 15 years experience. I specialize in trauma, grief, and addictions but have an array of experiences with many other specialties.

I utilize psychodynamic therapy approaches primarily, but I am trained in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and relational therapy.

My therapeutic demeanor is compassionate and supportive. I believe in being transparent and allowing my clients t be in control of their therapy. You know you best!
