I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) with over 14 yrs of practice in the field. I am comfortable working with a wide range of issues, from anxiety and habitual patterns, to relationships and chronic health. My approach to therapy tends to focus on connection, collaboration and empowerment. I love to bring humor, as well as education & tools into my sessions, and I encourage my clients to lead the way, as you are the expert of your story. Finally, I am an avid yogi & often bring breath, movement, nutrition and mindfulness into our work.
