The impact of how we perceive trauma has a profound effect on our self-worth, relationships, and view of our life’s purpose. I have first-hand seen the impact how this can lead to maladaptive coping mechanisms, negative self-talk, and destruction in relationships with self and others. I have experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, career-related issues, trauma, and grief & loss. I work collaboratively with clients to create a focused treatment outline with attainable goals that can be successfully integrated into their daily lives.
