My name is Crystal Scarborough and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and I am here to help you navigate life's challenges, heal, and discover your purpose. I possess over 5 years in providing clinical services and I have worked in many settings. I have a dual Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Career Counseling. What is your approach to therapy? In my Practice I use a whole person/person centered approach through a holistic lens, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients will be empowered to use various coping strategies to minimize their symptoms as well as gain a new insight through self-exploration, self-detemination, and self-awareness.
