Are you looking for help with social anxiety? Although I have experience in treating an array of issues, I specialize in a range of problems, from shyness to Social Anxiety Disorder. I know what it takes to treat Social Anxiety Disorder because I have overcome it myself. As your counselor, I will provide you with a safe, comfortable, supportive environment where you can express yourself without judgment or shame and with acceptance. Working together, we will develop your individual counseling goals and a plan to achieve those goals. I rely primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with person-centered approaches.
