I am a mental health therapist and have been working in the field for over 10 years. I have a wide range of experience that includes, but not limited to, working with: depression, anxiety, issues in their primary relationship or family of origin issues, phobias, trauma and infidelity. My approach is client centered, which means I am open to whatever the client brings up in therapy. I believe the “magic” in therapy comes from the client’s ability to share his/her issues openly; the creation of a trusting bond between counselor and client is a key component to the success of therapy.
