I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida with an enhanced specialization as a national certified Art Therapist. I bring to you over 12 years of experience working as a counselor and wellness therapist. I specialize in working with teens and adults with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and career/academic challenges. Similarly, I help individuals strengthen self-worth, boost self-confidence and reinforce a sense of personal value.
We will work together to identify and address your concerns in order to foster meaningful change in your life. My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and realistic problem-solving modalities. If you desire to enrich the therapy process, many people find integrating a visual element utilizing tailored art therapy experience significantly deepens and often accelerates the personal growth experience. The art experiences offered do not require any prior art making skills or experiences or specialized art materials.
