I am licensed in Texas with just over 10 years of professional counseling experience. I have a history of dealing with crisis, grief and bereavement and extensive experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and trauma and abuse. I will always be respectful and strive to make certain you feel safe, understood and heard while working to instill hope and optimism. I enter each new therapeutic relationship with no preset opinions or bias and I will design our time together to meet your expectations and address your specific goals.
