Hello, I am an LCSW and specialize in Grief and Loss, Life Adjustments, Self-improvement (stress management, coping skills, mindfulness) complex grief, adoption, attachment, divorce. I have been in practice for eight years, my overall goal is to help evolve your choices, emotions, relationships, and behaviors for the better. Most importantly, I will take a non-judgmental therapeutic approach, meet you where you are at in your process, and help you evolve to a happier place.
