Hello. I look forward to working with you in your journey of moving forward in life. I have 20 + years of professional experience working with individuals across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in provided mental health services in Michigan, Colorado, Arizona, and Tennessee.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Tennessee. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. I am also Master ART Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and hold a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) credential. Additionally, I have earned Graduate Certificates in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and in GeroPsychology from Grand Canyon University. I enjoy learning and helping people in any stage in life.

If you decide I am a good fit for you, I take a person-centered, strength-based approach while providing therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, communication, boundaries, and everyday life stressors. Life is messy and hard at times. I look forward to the opportunity working with you in a judgement free environment on your healing journey.

On a side note, and a little more about me, I am Christian who loves my blended family, serving in my church, traveling, being outdoors and spending time with my loved ones.
