As someone who believes deeply in the importance or self-care and treating individuals holistically it is my pleasure to provide counseling services. I provide treatment for issues concerning depression, relationships, anxiety, grief/loss, anger management, trauma, domestic violence, self-esteem, stress management, as well as for many other life challenges. I use a combination of therapy techniques including cognitive therapy, mindfulness meditation, life coaching, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution focused methods to help you on your journey of self-improvement.
