You have made the best decision seeking therapy and I am here to guide you to. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker and a Certified Health Coach with over 5 years of experience. I have worked with a wide range of issues from HIV/AIDS , to substance abuse, and the geriatric population. I have worked in substance abuse facilitating groups , individual counseling, family counseling sessions, and couples counseling. I have worked extensively with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and trauma. I often utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Interventions.
My therapeutic style is warm, inviting, and empathetic. I utilize the person centered theory to assist my client in changing how the think of themselves. I will be your personal diary while guiding you to your ideal life. My role as a therapist is not to direct you on what to do but to assist you in creating the life you want.
