I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am a clinical therapist who has a background working in high school settings, hospital settings, and corrections. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and explore challenges you are faced, with without feeling stigmatized. As a diverse therapist, I can use multiple approaches depending on your needs. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
