I am licensed in Maryland with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients a wide variety of concerns including stress and anxiety, depressed mood, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & compassion fatigue. I have specialties in parent training and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I also have a special interest in navigating issues with race and ethnicity and how they manifest in one's personal life.
