About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 19 yrs of experience in the counseling field. I have worked with an array of clients with depression, mood disorders, stress/anxiety, conduct disorders, and substance abuse disorders. I have worked in the capacity as a direct clinical service provider and manager for MH/SA residential program.
My counseling career has allowed to me cross paths with some unique indivduals in helping them to re-focus and find courage to rebuild broken areas in their lives. I have worked with individuals one-on-one sessions, Psycho-education Life Skills Group Process, Anger Management Training, Problem-Solving Group Process, Parenting Education Sessions, Seeking Saftey ( Trauma ) Session, and Self/Re-Discovery Groups. I have experience working with adults and adolescents with MH/SA concerns.
My counseling approach is client centered. I believe each person has the ability to work through their crisis, but need help and reassurance that they can.
