Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana. I have 3 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and 7 years in the mental health field. I use a cognitive behavior approach in which your thoughts and behaviors are explored and challenged while helping you develop solutions. Together we will we develop goals and come up with solutions for problems that will help you deal with situations, improve and/or change behaviors as well as your how you think. My areas of experience include, but are not limited to ADHD, depression, anxiety, adjustment and stress management. I believe that everyone needs someone that will listen with an unbiased approach and explore all situations/issues no matter how small or large.
