My name is Colby Perez I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist(LMFT) in the state of Texas. I have experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings. I started my practice in a community mental health agency in the state of Texas gaining perspective and understanding of how poverty, addiction, and Trauma, can truly impact a family dynamic. I have worked with families and individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, abuse/neglect, parenting difficulties, stress, loss, and the frustrations of life. Colby hopes to make a space for clients that is safe for all and without judgment.

I would describe my approach as empathetic, warm, goal-oriented, and client-centered. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help my clients set goals and objectives, work through their traumas, and feel empowered once they have met their goals.
